Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Draft. This text is a draft for the controller to review. It is not legal advice and is not final until that review is done.
1. Who we are and what WildCrew is
WildCrew is operated by Meletios Peppas, trading as WildCrew, Geranion 28, Magoula, 19018, Greece, support@wildcrew.eu. It is an app where users post action-sports activities in Greece, ask to join them, and chat with the group once approved. By creating an account or using WildCrew you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the app.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- One account per person.
- Give real details: your own date of birth, your own phone number, and a name and photo that belong to you. Don't pretend to be someone else.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Activities are organised by users, and carry risk
- Activities are created and run by users. WildCrew doesn't organise, supervise, inspect or insure them, and isn't a party to any arrangement between users.
- Action sports can cause injury or death. You take part at your own risk. Judge for yourself whether an activity, the people, the place, the weather and the equipment are safe and right for your level. Don't take part if you aren't fit or qualified for it.
- We don't check anyone's skills, qualifications, licences or insurance, and we can't promise that other users are who they say they are. Meet in public places first when you can, and tell someone where you are going.
- If you host, you are responsible for your activity: describe it truthfully, follow the law and any permits that apply, and use qualified people and proper safety equipment where the activity needs them.
- In an emergency call 112.
- Costs shown in an activity are only shared between its members. WildCrew doesn't take payments or hold money, and isn't responsible for any money users agree between themselves.
4. Your content
- You own what you post: profile, photo, activities, messages. You are responsible for it, and you promise you have the right to post it.
- You give WildCrew a free, worldwide permission to store, show and send your content to other users as the app works, and only for running the app. This ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already received and records we keep as set out in the privacy policy.
- Don't post anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Rules of conduct, reports and bans
Don't harass, threaten or abuse anyone; don't post sexual, hateful or violent content; don't scam people; don't spam; and don't use the app if you are under 18 or help someone who is.
- Reporting and blocking. You can block a person, and report a profile, a message or an activity with a reason.
- Review. A person reviews every report. We never ban automatically because of the number of reports.
- Serious cases (threats, violence, sexual harassment, hate, scams, or someone under 18): the account is banned after we check.
- Lesser cases (spam, rudeness): the account is banned after the second confirmed report.
- What a ban means. A banned account can't sign in. We keep the evidence rather than delete the account. We tell you the reason, and you can reply to support@wildcrew.eu to ask us to look again.
- We may also remove content or suspend an account straight away where needed to protect people or to comply with the law.
6. The app and its availability
We work to keep WildCrew running but provide it as it is, and it may change, be interrupted, or have errors. We can't guarantee it will always be available.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for intent or fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Subject to that:
- WildCrew is not responsible for injury, loss or damage that happens during or because of an activity organised by users, or for the behaviour, statements or content of other users.
- Our liability for any other loss connected to the app is limited to what the law allows, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using WildCrew at any time and ask us to delete your account (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
9. Changes
We may change these terms, for example when the app changes. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using WildCrew after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Greek law, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live. Questions: support@wildcrew.eu.
